Recreational Registration Refund Policy: Registration Insurance is offered as an option. There are no refunds of registration fees if the Registration Insurance has not been purchased. To use the Registration Insurance and cancel a Recreational Registration, please use the Request to Cancel Recreational Registration form. Opting for Registration Insurance will make your registration fee fully refundable at anytime up to the second league game in the event of medical conditions, long term injuries or significant changes in family situations. Documentation will be required to be provided. The Registration insurance amount itself is not refundable. Registration Insurance does not cover additional items purchased during registration or late fees, only the base registration fee.
Select (Competitive) Registration Refund Policy: There are no refunds of registration fees unless GBYSL Select can not provide an age group or division of play to include combined or blended age groups.
